I have just come back from Orlando where I spent a week with David and Danny Lee of Gravity Golf. During the week I spent some time working on the function of my right arm. The practice payed off and I played some great golf towards the end of the week.

Winter Project, week 2
I am now two weeks in to my winter training project and things are moving along nicely. The gym work is going well, 45 minutes, 3 times a week is not too taxing and isn’t affecting my practice at all. Of the 4 compound moves I am doing, 3 are going great with the weight increasing each session.

How do you choose your driver?
I am sat on the train on my way back from The Scottish Golf Show. At the show there was just about every manufacturer trying to sell their latest equipment to the unsuspecting golfer. Everyone was encouraged to hit balls on the indoor driving range into a net about 40 yards away. And what did we learn from these experiences? That street shoes make rubbish golf shoes as we slid across the astroturf mat!
